I had a fabulous time on the Geode Candle-Making Course last night with Ali. Ali was a fantastic teacher — incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely lovely. She made the whole experience really relaxed and enjoyable, and no question was ever too silly. I was encouraged to ask lots of questions, and Ali was so generous with her knowledge, tips and advice throughout the evening. There was a fantastic selection of beads, crystals and beautiful decorative pieces to choose from, which made creating my geo candle even more exciting. I loved being able to choose the colours, crystals and details and really make the candle my own. I came away having learned so much, feeling inspired and absolutely delighted with the candle I created. It was such a lovely evening and a brilliant experience from start to finish. Ali was such a sweet person. Mostly, she was generous with her time and information and art supplies. She wasn't counting as we used things, something not always guaranteed. I'd go again and again.

Brilliant workshop! Ali is such a friendly, supportive and talented teacher. And so generous with her time. The class has a real relaxed atmosphere. And the class size is also super small so you feel like you get proper attention/feedback compared to larger class settings. I left with two illuminated letters complete and a take home bag with a couple items to continue my practice. As I say, very generous! Would deffo do again.

We had a fabulous class with Ali! She is a very knowledgeable and relaxed teacher, and we had a lot of freedom to play around with the art form. We did a practice illumination and then a larger piece. I'd highly recommend this class - Ali is a delightful and very talented artist!

It was such a lovely workshop. Our instructor Ali, was very attentive and helpful. I ended up with the cutest little vase Thank you so much!
What a lovely couple of hours learning how to decorate small vases! We did decoupage with lots of designs to choose from, used spray paint and gold leaf and painted figures and outlined pictures. Also with textiles, laces and cords and stencils, plenty of paints-acrylic and metallic. It was a nice relaxed time with lots of encouragement and suggestions. I ended up with a pretty vase and gold leaf all over my fingers- great fun and definitely recommended!
The teacher was helpful, creative, interesting and generqus with all her materials. I covered my ceramic vase with lace and other interesting materials all painted gold.
